• Transaction & pickup details — the lots you win, amounts, payment status, and pickup/delivery information needed to fulfill your order.

• Usage & device data — pages visited, clicks, approximate location, browser/device type, and similar analytics, collected automatically through cookies and advertising pixels (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel).

• To send you deal alerts and marketing about our weekly auctions, by email, SMS, or WhatsApp — only where you have consented, and you can opt out at any time.
• To process and fulfill your auction wins, payments, pickups, and deliveries.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To operate, measure, and improve our advertising (including showing relevant ads and measuring results on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram via the Meta Pixel).
• To improve our website, tools, and services, and to keep them secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our email, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging providers, our payment processor, and advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook) — and only as needed to provide the service.
